Koepka has always came across as a super douche and he doubled down on that persona in the second episode. Just a real unlikeable person.

He said he likes the 16th hole at the WM because it feels like a real sport. LIV can have him.

Are we on the rant or the golf board? Why can't we just be happy they put a netflix series out about a sport we love? It's certainly better than watching all the other shitty shows they have on there.

Maybe all of you naysayers will be more hyped for the new Outer Banks since you all seem to love high school so much

Oh my god you guys, why do y’all come on here and give your opinion like every one else about this show? Who cares if it’s mediocre and filled with shite that isn’t interesting. Just be happy they made a show about something you’re interested in, that’s all that really matters, not that it’s good. Be like me and say things are incredible and amazing even when they aren’t just because that’s what I do

Initial thoughts -

Thought Jena was better looking, way too skinny.

Brooks whines too much.

Poulter is an arse, but already knew that. He does seem like a good Dad though.

Amanda is nice to look at.

Fitzpatrick is pretty cool.

Quite the argumentative leap here. You’ve convinced me. It’s really great.

I watched every minute. I wanted to give it a fair chance. It’s not like I’m here bashing anything I didn’t see or that I don’t have legitimate reasons that it failed to live up to the DTS standard. Do you dispute anything I’ve said? Or am I just miserable so you dont have to actually consider my arguments?

I like the first 2 episodes. Got pretty bored with Mito/Thegala episode. Hell, Scheffler wasn’t very interesting either. The last episode was good as well.

My favorites were the 4th and 8th episodes. 3 was good too. Just feel like they missed on what golf fans really wanted especially with LIV being this year.

Here’s a good example. There was a tiny conversation with Rory talking to a PGA tour exec about how players were mad about the “mandatory” part of the announcement. How do you not expand on that? Have someone talk about it. Another player. A PGA official. Anyone. It’s kind of a big deal but they were too scared to really go at the PGA in any way even though they implied it. They first episode or two has mickelson saying hes doing this to force change… the Head of the PGA tour telling them to kick rocks… then the PGA doing a complete 180 after Cam goes. Where the frick is are the interactions about this? The opinions? I don’t give a shite what Amanda had to say about it. Where is the real behind the scenes of this fluff??

She was pretty damn hot in person when I saw her at the FedEx several years ago

The intro to LIV with the “Big Ole Bag O Money” rap lyrics dubbed over was pretty damn funny IMO.

I'm guessing the show didn't want to lose their PGA access and also guessing that the PGA had the final edit before it aired?

Chad Mumm said no one had editorial capacity except him and his team. He also said no one got to view the final cut until after it was sent to Netflix. Now, you can choose whether or not to believe him. I personally think there were guidelines they had to adhere to. Rory told Mumm he would participate, but they would not have access to his family or house.

I am a huge Dahmen fan now.

Guy is humble to a fault and has prospective on how fragile life is.

DJ is a bore.

Joel Dahmen is the best part of the show.

Like someone said earlier it’s player profiles throughout and tailored to non golf fans. I was expecting a bit more from the hype it had.

I think alot of that is training from all the publicity coaches these guys have, sponsorships are a huge driver for them personally and the PGA overall.

I think the Dahmen part was super.

Also, I respect Poulter after his episode. I think he was honest about why he did what he did. He knows he is really wealthy but wants more to set up his family for generations. I cant fault him at all, seems to be really family driven for sure.
