Anyone played it recently?
What did you think of conditions? Layout?

Haven’t played recently, but it’s one of my favorite layouts in our part of the country. It’s on a great piece of land and most of the holes are really good. There’s a par 5 on the front 9 that a lot of people don’t like the first time out because of the blind native area that a driver will run into.
It’s always been in good shape when I’ve played it (about 7 or 8 times, mostly this time of year) and the people who run it are really nice.
ETA: it’s under new ownership by the same company which operates Cascata and Rio Secco which are both great properties in Vegas. I haven’t played since they took over.

One of my favorite courses in Mississippi. Likely going to play there and The Preserve in the coming weeks.

Played it this past weekend. Greens were in real good shape. Could not tell you how they rolled though b/c it rained a good bit. I’ve seen the course in better shape, but it wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed it.
Per The Bear himself Saturday..... “eh, it’s not in the greatest shape right now”
Windance was fun, greens were quick. Go get an island view players club card before playing it. It’s $45 if you do, $90 if you don’t have it.

They have a great membership price. $2500 includes unlimited green fees and cart. Problem is getting friends to make that drive.

This was on a short list for a trip I’m taking to Mobile in 2 weeks. Gonna stop to pay on the way on Friday and play in Mobile area Saturday.
Glad to hear it’s in good shape. Likely convinced me to pull the trigger.

Played last week and it's in the best shape I've ever seen it. They are killing it right now.

Played it a couple weeks back and the course was in perfect condition. It's the best value of golf I have ever played.
