If you're a single, foursomes have the right to tie you to a tree like a dog.

But why be a dick? A single isn't going to be im your way for long. Unless the course is just backed up on every hole, I'm letting the single through. He's gonna be out of my way in 10 minutes and I'll never see him again.

No big deal.

This is actually incorrect. Rules revisions in 2004 and 2008 state that singles have equal rights to foursomes, and pace of play should dictate who plays through (or course within reason).

If you showed up to play LSU as a single at 1:20 in the afternoon right when twilight starts, you're going to be in for a long round.

Johnny's Tips For Golf.
1- if you are going to play as a single, tee off around 3:30 or 4:00. Give yourself three hours before darkness to get the round in.
2- if you are going to play at 1:20, I'd suggest getting some people together or pairing up. It won't play faster, but it will feel faster.
3- if the group in front of you is playing slow, but the group in front of them is also playing slow, you are SOL. Hit a couple balls per hole or practice on every green various chip shots.
4- don't be scared to ask the board about stuff like this. We all were new to the game at one point. I would have told you lsu wasn't your best option in those circumstances.

Should've asked to play through.

I agree no need to be a dick...it also depends on which course you play...LSU tends to have less experienced golfers that aren't aware of how to handle that kind of shite.

I'm assuming you're swole because of your handle. You should have hit a few drives over them. Not into them. Cause that's bad etiquette. But those frickers probably weren't 230 off the tee. Send a shot across the bow. frick them.

Disclaimer: this is bad advice. I've been drinking

I'd went off,Or just passed them and flipped the bird as I went and dropped my ball right out of their range.
