Dad is playing today but played it some time last week as well. Said fairways are great and greens are ok. Did mention that the grass around water is knee high. As always, i assume the green on 15 is absolute garbage.

The greens are in great shape for the Farm. 15 is 15. They need to bite the bullet and raise up that green about 10-15 feet.

Is that the big dogleg right that rolls about half as slow as the rest of the course?

Yea but mostly because there is very little grass and it is mostly sand and seed.

Yea but they cleared the trees out a good bit

So now when you try to go over the trees for the green and miss you can actually find your ball.

The only time I've ever NOT gone driver on that hole was during a scramble. I played the safe shot first into the fairway so that the other three guys could go for it. They all lost their balls

Sorry for getting back to you this late but the course is in good shape. The greens were fast and rough wasn’t bad just off the fairway. I’m not sure which tees you are playing from but a couple of those par 3’s over the water can get in your head. The last par 3 on the back 9 was tough. It was 220 to the pin.

Yea with the trees cleared it's a much safer play now to go straight at the green. I like it much better because mentally I could not hit my iron off the tee and keep it in the fairway. Now i just flub my chip and still double bogey.
