First time breaking 90 today!

It’s been a grind for years and I’ve contemplated quitting quite a few times. Stuck with this dumb addicting sport and had my best round ever this morning.

I thought I had the exception yesterday. Birdie on 7, par on 8, then double on 9. Golf gods messing with me. Thought I had found something until I literally laid up into the woods and the wheels came off.
