Fallen Oak is the best course in MS and LA right now. By far the best.

CCJ may be #2 - it was looking sweet.

Played two Thursdays ago and it was in excellent shape. Greens were firm and quick and you better be hitting the ball straight. If you are off the fairways and in that native grass, you might as well drop another one.

When they punch

Played today, greens and fairways are immaculate and so damn good. I’ve played it numerous times and today was the best shape I’ve played it in, headed back again after the Florida/LSU game in 2 weeks. I didn’t take many pics but here are a few....

Dancing Rabbit?

ETA: I haven't been there in several years but from my memory, I'd take Dancing Rabbit over fallen Oak 10 times out of 10.

Nah there are several I’d put ahead of CCJ
Waverly and Reunion for sure. Annandale has a better layout but condition has been up and down lately. I’d put both DR courses over CCJ also.
