Copper Mill Conditions?

My league has to fill a hole in November. After searching, the most recent update I saw was in May. Anyone play out there lately? What’s the practice facility situation? Seems I remember reading they had sold off the range for building lots..

Conditions have been very good for the price range it is in. Relative to years past it is unbelievable what they have done.
No driving range. Just a green where people chip and putt.
They didn't sell off driving range. They never owned it. Original developer owned land and sold it to Level Homes.

If you would have told me their fairways and greens could look this good, I would never have believed it a year or two ago.

Glad they are mowing the grass. Played twice last week(they keep texting me specials and I keep going play)and it was not worth putting on because the greens had grown so much. Everything other than a couple of bunkers were ok.

I've played there a couple of times in the last month and it's better than it was but a long way from home.
