It’s fricking lazy. Put an ice machine out there then.

Not sure which is worse, the lone water fountain at Clark, or the water fountain with an Igloo that has cold water on the same damn hole at Santa Maria. That’s just a middle finger to your customers.

You want BREC to charge below market and less than cost prices for golf then cater to our every desire?

It is like $15 to play 18 holes at Clark.

PP has water coolers on the Lakes and water fountains on the Links. Plus cart girls out there selling cold beverages. What more should they do?

I bring a cup with ice to the course and fill it up at the available water stops. At the turn I’ll get more ice. I don’t understand why any golfer wouldn’t bring water with them to the course. It isn’t rocket science.

I fill a stainless tumbler with ice and water and refill at every opportunity. Pelican has plenty of water. I think they had some issues with their ice machine recently, and the Igloos had hot water in them. But that's been resolved.

Clark literally has one water fountain. It's hot water. You pass it after playing #1 and #4. That's it. They can do better. I'll just have to remember to bring my own water bottles and cooler next time I play.

Clark doesn't care about bringing a small ice chest in this heat.

It's not too much to ask for water on the golf course.

Try again. $30. Sure, twilight is cheaper than that.

Absolutely I normally start with 2 packs of liquid IV in my 40oz jug and get water at every stop at PP.. Now I do wish at the 2 bathroom house that they'd add a ice machine and water filler instead of the fountains.

I think he meant that walking is 15. BTW, if you pre-pay for your tee time, it gets a bit cheaper. 11 to walk and 25 to ride on the weekends.

Clark's average rate is no where near $30 per round. Average $ per round is all that matters when discussing a business decision for a golf course.

Go to the BREC site. Click Clark and click book a round. Most are well under $30.

Yes we always prepay. No reason not to.

Yep. When people on here discuss golf rates and how hard it is to get a tee time they are usually discussing the peak rate/time.

Business decisions for a golf course are based on average rate and total number of rounds.
