To be clear, I choose the Mizuno's. The 2 brands that I hit the best were Mizuno's and Srixon.

Well, Christ...of course you chose the Mizuno's if those were your two options. Where those the two he paired you with?

I got fitted there and he put me in pings. I got no complaints with him. I know he's not a member at English turn anymore

No. I hit everything there except the PXG (my choice, out of my budget). The two brands that I hit best were Mizuno's and Srixon

PXG prices are a lot less now then when they first started. They currently have a driver that goes for $250 on their website.

Hi this is Bebu’s Golf Studio. This post was brought to our attention by some of our loyal customers. For any business or person being slandered or attacked it’s only fitting that we respond and offer our side of the story.

(RawDog7984) was actually nice guy and was just a little indecisive on what he wanted. We tried our best to accommodate and even get him his clubs faster than what he was quoted and going out of our way so he can have his irons. We overnighted the set from another account to get it in quickly instead of having to wait 4-6 weeks, only to have him request a different set MP20s instead of the HMBs he asked for on the original order! But his original fitting order was for a set of Taylormade P770.

We apologize for trying to rush the order, we thought it would have displayed our level of customer service but when you requested blades a few days later, it that changed everything. Although the numbers showed that you couldn’t hit the blades well, we should have just given you what you wanted. In this case that would have probably solved everything. Sorry for the misunderstanding and your poor experience at Bebu Golf Studio.

Most of us are professionals and business owners, we understand how speculation and bad mouthing can affect a business especially during a pandemic. I do not sell stolen or counterfeit clubs (for verification you can call any of my reps, I will gladly provide their contact information) We do appreciate you guys voicing your concerns and questions. We will not engage in a back and forth on this forum so if any of you guys have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call or meet with us. We will gladly clear up any misunderstandings.

Thanks again guys!

It really doesn’t bother me that he put my name out there. I really don’t have anything to hide and have been pretty upfront about the situation. Buddha, your integrity is a joke and you showed your true colors. I’m sorry if your business has been effected but you brought this on yourself by your lack of integrity and lack of professionalism. I’m not sure why you felt the need to have this expedited because i wasn’t in any hurry. You obviously expedited this for your own benefit snd lack of interest in your customers well being. Like I’ve said on this board repeatedly, your knowledge is second to none, your morals and business ethics are dead last.

Oh God, this is pretty fricking ridiculous. Now I don't know what to believe.

"How dare you try to get me my clubs faster than expected!" Cringe.

It's not really relevant either way because he could have just sent them back. It costs the fitter nothing to get the clubs the client wants.

Well yea. It absolutely shouldn't anger a customer, and it seems reasonable that a business would expedite if possible to improve the experience.

There are certainly other things about the story (as told by raw dog) that I empathize with, but if he's going to try and say a business getting you your order faster than expected is solely to benefit the business and not the customer, I can't help but think that particular customer might be a bit full of shite across the board.

Like I’ve said repeatedly on this thread. It didn’t bother me that he got the heads from somewhere he said he wasn’t getting them from. He said he was ordering from manufacturer. It was actually p790s which i just couldn’t get over the look not p770s. The issue is you’re expediting this snd forfeiting my ability to make any changes after 48 business hours. The one thing the Mizuno factory wasn’t happy about.

And i didn’t even hit the blades there. He was so fixated on getting my spin numbers down that i didn’t hit them. I went to watts and hit the mbs and even to my surprise they were pretty easy to hit.

The mizuno rep (i will leave out his name like I’ve previously did) even said he had he expedited purely to keep his backlog down. I’lll even believe him and say he thought it would make me happy and that’s great if true. But to not return them after giving him 2 chances to do the right thing is a bit ridiculous.

It was unprofessional to not allow you to change your mind 3 days later simply because he expedited your order, but it was almost certainly an attempt to make you happy by expediting in the first place. I really think everyone except you sees that.

I def didn’t originally think that. And if you’ve read my previous posts it wasn’t even about that and it still isn’t. But he legit told the mizuno rep he did it to keep his backlog down. And good on him for wanting to surprise me. Again, none of that is why i was and am not pleased with the situation.

Oh my bad. Don't know where I got the idea that the expedited shipping was a focal point for you.

No offense i think you’re kinda looking for something that isn’t there. I’m literally pointing out that he had his own selfish motives behind it. The rep confirmed that. His integrity and morals isn’t reflected by him expediting it. Like i said before, I’m fine with that, but you better be willing to return them and do the right thing if that’s what you decide to do. I not only gave him one chance but 2 to do this. His exact response was “I’m not willing to hurt my relationship with the Tour Van for you. The only way you can get the irons you want is to buy both sets”. Pretty sure anyone would be upset with that response:

I get what you're saying, but if you're the fitter just say OK, order what he wants and send the other irons back upon arrival. What's not adding up to me is why the Mizuno rep or Mizuno would care either way. Buddah is acting like the rep is getting shafted which I'm not understanding.

So at this point, my takeaways are as follows:

Buddha is not selling fake or stolen clubs.

It appears Buddha wasn’t lying about ordering the clubs and having them shipped within 48 hours.

The issue is that Raw wanted to change his mind and Buddha said no

I'll just bow out. I have no dog in this fight. Good luck to all parties. I'm sure you're all good people with no bad intentions, just a weird situation.
