Looking at the Bushnell Wingman GPS Speaker. Anyone have good experience with these, or know of one better?

my dad has the bushnell one. honestly I can’t hear anything it says. I know it’s not what you asked for but i’d honestly say buy a bluetooth speaker and by a gps or rangefinder.
it’s nice that it magnetically clips to the cart. but the GPS function of it really pointless in my opinion.

That's good info. Why would you say the GPS function is pointless?

Got a wingman for Christmas, I love it. Super loud speaker and gives very accurate distances (front, middle, and back) at the click of a button. I prefer 18 Birdies app over Bushnell app to look at the layout of a hole just because of the satellite image, but Bushnell does the job. Wingman also allows me not to have to look at the hole on my phone if I just need a simple distance after my drive.
Of course it is not a range finder, but if you know the pin position you can get a pretty good estimate on the distance.

My buddy has the bushnell and it is sick. You just press a button and it gives you yardage. It sticks to the cart so the speakers as loud as you need it. We've compared to the accuracy with the nicer range finders and it's just as accurate. Also their app is really nice for finding landing spots on courses you haven't played.

The wingman is the best at the price point of $150. It does both speaker and gps well and you can't get most devices that do just one of those things that cheap. My only negative about it is that the magnet for the button isn't strong enough. That thing falls off all the time and it's easy to lose.

The wingman is awesome for a Bluetooth speaker. It’s ok for a GPS. The problem with it, is the volume is the same for the voice as it is the music. I listen to music, but not incredibly loud so when you’re asking for yardage it’s hard to hear. If you aren’t using it for Music, then it’s probably great.

All of this and especially the last part. Definitely can’t beat the sound for the price

Wingman worked great, no complaints. Nice sound and GPS was nice.
Canerow was in very nice shape. Played firm and fast which I enjoy.

My brother has a Bushnell one that we used at a recent tournament. Other than playing music it wasn't worth a shite. Although, it was his first time using and he didn't have time to make sure he set it up correctly.
