Uhhhh Tiger's been around since the early 2000s so its been infiltrated for a very long time. To pin this on PIF is short sighted.

Golf has become intertwined with the Saudi fund
You know the PIF has holdings in a number of PGA tour sponsors. Who do you think they are going listen to? Do you not find it coincidental the major sponsors aren't coming out with negative comments/press?
This is the exact same thing that happened with China and the NBA. They know where the next tranche of cash is coming from and they are playing right into them.

Uhhh they’re 11th out of 12 teams
Exactly why I posted this sponsorship. If this company is sponsoring the 11th placed team then what does that tell you about the other teams who are about to announce new sponsorships with global companies. LIV isn't going away

I think most Americans (including Canadians) and Europeans are obtuse to how financially powerful China and SA have become and how the US has fallen behind financially. We are no longer the economic & political behemoth we once were and people who watch MSM are still brainwashed into thinking the US is the economic & political leader of the free world. Sadly we sold our souls and there is no going back.
Anyone looked to see what China has built throughout Africa lately? Interstates that are better than any of those you can find in the US.

It's always been about money. Ever since the tour split with the PGA way back. Sure, they made nice with each other again, but the LIV lawsuits exposed the PGA as a money making machine, not some non profit organization they claimed to be. The fact Monahan still has a job is quite remarkable. Unless he threatened the players he would spill all the details.

And the speed at which they done it is jarring. Kind of “talking out loud” it’s rather unnerving what SA and China have done surrounding us. Specifically Africa and now South America with Brazil. This is the golf board not polly talk but it’s still frustrating to listen about how “dirty” the money is when it’s been lining the pockets of these guys for 2-3 decades.

Monahan will be officially ousted after the Senate hearings when he fails to show up. His days were done after he was allowed to float all the PGA PR propaganda before he was "medically sidelined" to keep the players in line.
I actually feel sorry for the players as they have been played link a fiddle.

I still think the players are the ones who will figure out if they want this new world as defined by Jay Monahan and the Saudis. Golfers started this PGA entity because they were dissatisfied with purses and the way the tournaments were being conducted back in the '60s.' They have already shown by these new elevated events, better purses, and shorter seasons they too have the leverage to make a change.
And now many of these guys are madder than hell about being lied to.
