First night review on last page. I'll be hitting it again with some "improvements" tonight.

Almost 3800 spin is way too much on driver, unless it was a miss hit, still get a lower spinning head or shaft.

Or move the ball up in your stance

I should be setting mine up tomorrow. I have one of the country club elite pro mats so I don't see that being an issue. I'll update with pics once its all set up.
I have a surface pro 3 that is about 3 years old. I guess that will work for this? It's got the i7 processor but not sure about the other specs.

Good time was had by many on my setup Saturday.
Played the golf version of horse, longest drive, closest to the pin.
My dad and a buddy stayed later and did a full bag mapping. Revealed a lot of gaps between clubs are too small or too large. Really cool stuff.
I didn't take a single picture or a single shot on it all night, the down side of entertaining. Cooking crawfish and running around like crazy all night.

The new mat I got worked great, posted previously. It will definitely allow you to hit it just as fat as real grass.
My pops got under a 5 wood, hit it over the net, shite rattled around the garage for 10 minutes it felt like

this is what i really want to spend time on one for.
i dont trust myself enough to hit two 6 irons pure at golfballs.com and bring that 190 out to a course and be confident swinging a 6 iron from 190 out on an approach

My favorite part was getting my buddy on there with his driver.
He averaged 138 swing speed, the dude would hit it 350+ if he could straighten it out. Plays a huge fade, damn lefty.
Pro tip for those getting one: If you can swing it 100+ on the driver, place the tee an inch or 2 behind the laser, it picks it up better.

So I have mine still in the box but a buddy of mine has a GC2 with the HMT package and wants to get rid of it. Thinking of returning this and buying the GC2 from him. Somebody talk me into keeping the skytrak please. He wants 8K for the GC2 with all the software.

how much was the sky track system you have?
wasnt it way less than the 8K he's wanting?
seems pretty easy.

Yes, it was 2K, but the Foresight GC2 is supposed to be one of the best on the market. He paid over 15K for this setup with all the software and course packages.

Don't keep the skytrak. Your buddy if offering you a hell of a deal. Take the GC2 and run............then sell me the skytrak for $1K.

I'm having a hard time saying no to the GC2. I've used it a bunch at his studio. He's a club builder/fitter on the side and is getting out of that.
