15yd gapping at that range is tough to pinpoint on. If you like all the clubs in your bag and don't want to replace one (assuming you have 14 in the bag) then I'd learn how to take some off your 7w. Crazy how you hit your 4h 15yds further than your 7w. I assume your 4h loft is 21 and your 7w is 23?

Odd distances. Loft must be of 3 hybrid and your 7 wood turned higher. Both of those are traditionally 21-23*with the 7 wood being more distance with a stock shaft being longer and bigger head.

My biggest gap is in between my 4 iron (207ish) and my 3 hybrid (235ish).

If I’m playing a lot or ever decide to go practice, the gripped down hybrid covers it pretty well. I know some other people have mentioned it, but try that before anything else.

Gonna need to see some lofts here.. Because that just sounds completely off.. a 4H and 7 are damn near the same lofts and the 7w should be going further..

Also.. This might the strangest bag i've heard off.. almost like a weird arse long jam at the top of the bag.. essentially the distances you're asking to hit you should be able to hit with all 4 of those clubs because if you got a little wind at your back 9w gets there.. 5i already does and the 7w you can take a bit off or hit a cut and hit the distance.. that 4H at a 240 carry is a bit sus..

and honestly how often are you finding yourself at a 205-220 approach into a green??

If you hit a 4h 240 yards , you should be driving it 280+. You don’t need a 7 or 9 wood.

Step 1: Learn to hit your 5 iron.

Step 2: Buy a four iron.

Step 3: Get rid of 7/9 woods.

Step 4: add an extra wedge to fill a distance gap

Step 5: profit
