Some of the new "desktops" that are really laptops in a desktop case use power bricks to make them smaller.
But most home theater components do not have a power brick, and what MS was aiming for. Home theater integration.

do they not? I have a computer from like 2010 that has a huge brick on it. probabaly same size as xbox brick

I don't know. Mine just has a regular power cable that plugs in to the back. Maybe different power supplies require a brick

yes considering I have to use it when i play
and no link on shitty internet just always had terrible lag and shite when i played PS3. same network same room never had problem with 360
