No you do not. They spawn on certain maps on cerrain game types (rush, conquest). Check out the air supiriority game type for strictly jet battles.

Thanks buddy, sadly I tried to do that and it told me I needed to buy some expansion pack and I have been doing conquest but I can't friggin fly jets. Like I don't even see the fuggers.

Might need to do a cold reboot of your Xbox. Factory settings have it in Instant On mode so it never really turns off and stays in a sleep state. If you go to Settings > Power and Startup > and then press A where it says Instant On, it will turn your Xbox to Power Save mode. Now when you turn off the console it really turns off and will clear your cache every time. I keep mine in Power Save mode for this reason.

Appreciate it man. I just ended up restarting the xbox and it decided to download the china rising pack and then after a few more tries after that post I got air superiority
