IMO it's the ever-evolving aspect. Sure they'll toss out the tagline that their game is always and it can be technically true but it's not the type of change that players are really wanting.

As far as gameplay, what players are wanting is a truly dynamic world where a player's actions have an actual effect. EQ Next's vaporware AI seemed like it would have been a big step in that direction but Daybreak yanked the plug on it. They were on the right track though.

Having a completely destructible world and an AI that can regulate everything from weather to factions to predator/prey ratios, migration patterns and dynamic quests based on all these things is going to be the next big thing (if it's ever developed).

Blizzard couldn't find my account even though I took pictures of the first game I purchased plus the expansion packs I purchased. Made me not want to buy the new expansion.

Still playing OW almost exclusively after 18+ months since release.

HS is the only card game I play too bc MTG online sucks.

Blizz knows how to make digital crack. Their polish is what keeps ppl addicted.
