It's unbelievable how executives with so much money can make such bad decisions.

It was obvious that mixer needed a large volume of good streamers. Not a couple great streamers.

Going from twitch to mixer is like going from having 500 channels to flip through down to 3. Everyone knew this from the beginning.

What a win. I mean we all knew they got paid and traded in viewership for straight cash homey. But no one knew they would be able to get back to twitch in less than a year

Supposedly Facebook gaming offered them double of what Mixer paid and they turned it down

I've been shocked by how terrible their viewership was on mixer. If someone I liked moved from twitch or youtube, I would take the 3 seconds to add a new link to my bookmarks bar. Why was viewership so poor on mixer compared to their twitch numbers?

Because Mixer's overall viewership isnt near the numbers on Twitch.

With a $30 million dollar buyout, I would never stream again unless it was on pornhub of me in some exotic location baning the local talent.

Once again, if I watched Shroud on Twitch and he moved, I would watch Shroud where he moved. It isn't hard. I could understand a slight decrease but not going from millions to actual thousands.

Whenever I went over to check Shroud out on Mixer, he had 10k viewers. Not bad compared to his 25k viewers he would get on twitch.

The total viewership for twitch makes a huge difference in those numbers bc of the passerby viewers that make a good chunk of those big viewers numbers

Only having a few big streamers hurt Mixer very badly because most people flip through channels like flipping through TV stations

Really isn't that hard to understand
