The redux mod is freaking amazing if you enjoy Gwent.
It makes the NPC Ai way way smarter and better players, it alters some of the cards default number values and adds some things like making Skoetale have a spy, etc so the 4 factions are all way more balanced against one another instead of Niflgaurd being literally unbeatable, and lastly it adds over 100 new Gwent cards to the game using characters from the entire Witcher lore that CDPR didn’t use for their Gwent card characters. Last thing it does it is makes every possible Gwent npc opponent all have their own scale of difficulty so some random dude in a Velen marsh might be extremely difficult and an inn keeper from the innkeepers quest will be very bad, it makes it feel like the npcs all have a very wide band of how good or bad they can be
It makes Gwent way better and actually legitimately hard to beat
