Yeah, it'll come down to frame rate for you. I always prefer 60 over 30 except in movies/TV, but this is coming from a lifelong PC player. Console players may have a different view on what's acceptable and/or preferable.

There's smooth 30 fps and then there's choppy 30 fps. Even when playing something like AC Black Flag on ps4, the controls felt so sluggish coming from playing the previous entries on PC.

Looked up Cyberpunk 2077. Looks really cool. There's not much info out on it now though. I'm guessing that's their next big title though. European developers have been doing a lot of great work here as of late.

60 fps on PC is a must. On console I am never bothered by 30fps. One reason I prefer PS4 is that I just play instead of wasting time trying to get the settings correct.

I know but it's not like 30 fps is shite. I've played plenty of games at 60 fps and i would like for all games to be like that but people freaking out over a game not running at 60 fps is just silly to me.

It completely depends on the game. I just have to have 60fps on PC because I feel like I should.
