Can I get a link as to Microsoft's confirmation that there will be absolutely zero backwards compatibility?

The Xbox One will not feature any form of backwards compatibility for games.

This was just confirmed by Microsoft Xbox Live VP Marc Whitten in a comment to The Verge. "The system is based on a different core architecture, so back-compat doesn't really work from that perspective," he explained.

I'm not entirely sure I will be upgrading right away. I'm quite happy with my 360 and my PS4. SO I'll probably buy GTA V and a few other games.

I have both a 360 Slim and PS3 Slim. I will just keep my 360 and buy a PS4. As far as the games on next gen or what we all have now, we'll to me that depends on the release date drama.

I'm only really interested in Killer is Dead, Kingdom Hearts Remix, Disgaea D2, and Beyond: Two Souls.

May get NBA2k13, not sure.
