Ok dude, it's cheating. Is that what you want to hear? But since it hurts no one and you're only "cheating" against AI opponents who have no say in the matter, and the "cheating" makes the experience more fun in a game you've already beaten fairly, what's the point of getting all pissy about it?

So he is basically considering just about anyone who has picked up a video game cheating.
ABACABB blood code "cheat" on mortal kombat that the developers put out. Yep I'm a perma life time cheater I guess.
Nba jam codes to unlock special characters in game. Yep we cheated.
Mike tyson punchout after I/we beat the game multiple times and decided its only fun to fight mike tyson and put in the direct code. Yep, we are busted. Throw away the key.
Ftr, I have never cheated in a mp game and in no way shape or form consider myself nor anyone who did the above things a cheater.
I as a matter of fact welcome it on mp games(specifiically cod) because usually they get their arse handed to them and their team loses the game anyway

So you are honestly saying that there is a difference? You have to enter a code to cheat right? Even on single player? There is no difference. If you enter a code and "want to have fun on single player", did you not enter a cheat code? Just answer the question. Your argument did not begin with the point of, "cheating is cheating." You started this little charade by calling the OP, and others, bitches because you thought he was referring to cheating in MP games, which he was not. Actually some games have unlockable cheats built directly into the game, by developers, as rewards. What code are you entering there, genius?

Checking in as a guy who has used "God Mode" and "Infinite Ammo" on Half Life and Half Life 2 after having beat it before.
My friend loves the challenge of a game, and will do things like up the difficulty of a game like Skyrim if he feels he has become too OP. I just like the experience and the story, so if I walk through the game like the Terminator, I have no problem with it.
I can maybe see calling someone who does this kind of stuff in MP a cheater, but for single player when you're not gaining any advantage against another player, and, oh yeah, you're still just playing a VIDEO GAME, it's really stupid.

A lot of games have a cheat menu. shite even NBA 2k11 had a cheat menu.
