What’s the best way to make a lot of money on GTA 5 *OFFLINE*?

I’ve read that investing in certain stocks before Lester assassination missions and then selling after is the only way to make big $, but I’ve heard that some of those stocks are from the BAWSAQ(only online) and some are from the LCN. Since I’m only going to have access to LCN, are the two LCN missions below the only two options in the whole game to make big $?
I’ve read that many advise to save the Lester assassination missions until the end of the game so you can invest all your money and then make billions.
That’s not really helping me right now though. Since there’s no cheat for cash, how do you get rich from the beginning or should I as and off-liner just forget about that happening? I’ve tried a couple of suggestions with investing in e-cola and then shooting their rivals vending machines and something similar with a cigarette brand at a convenient store, but I didn’t have much luck.

Only way to make hundreds of mill is the Lester missions.
Don’t worry about money. You get it as you do missions and heists.

You can do the Epsilon missions, as Michael, at any point in the game and make about 1.7 million.

Lester is the only Quick Money Big Bucks option.
Everything else is the slow grind of the amazing game. You never really run of money though, you just do not have enough to buy up property or cars until end of game of Lester missions.
