I think 2008 or 2007 allowed you to do that. But not on 360. Or PS3 I'm assuming.

I think it was 12. I remember some kid made our whole highschool football team and made all the black people 90+ Ovr and all the white people in the 50s 
I was all district and had a 57 Ovr and my black backup was in the 90s. Kid was racist as hell.

I had '11 with Tebow as the cover and I'm pretty sure that one didn't so I'm pretty sure 12 didn't either

Pretty sure you could in all those. I think you could do it in the last one they came out with too. You just had to do it with the Teambuilder thing instead of actually creating it on the game.

which was why it was always a total horseshite move for them to take create a team off the physical disk.
its big frick you to force me to go to a website to make teams and then have to download them knowing they could shut that down at any moment.
constantly taking away aspects of control from the gamers on what you could do is why I stopped buying it every year.
