they added a playbook creator this year. that's pretty cool i guess. madden doesn't offer that.
last year, the college teams weren't available in play now. they are this year.

It really wouldn't be that bad if they speed up the speed and also the speed of passes. I mean they've gotten that far. How hard could that be(I have no idea)..
Is this those two black guys who were raising money for like 5 years with all these promises. Or did those guys finally give up?
I was a big NCAA guy. Like not to pat myself on the back but I was very good and usually ranked in the top 50. Had no life in middle school and early highschool. And any time one of my friends would stumble upon those two guys they'd text me and say "have you seen this?!" And every time I'd be like yes... it's not gonna happen.
Is this those two black guys who were raising money for like 5 years with all these promises. Or did those guys finally give up?

no, this was not developed by them, but it's basically their idea. someone else just ran with it.
those guys ended up getting duped by some investors and lost all of their money. they're currently in a lawsuit with those people and are planning to refund the money to everyone who preordered.
eta: the 2019 game was developed by 2 people. they were able to hire a few more developers for the 2020 game and were able to use the Unity engine for physics. that's why you see an "improvement" to the throwing and catching animations compared to 2019.

If they can get file sharing this year it'll be more attractive. I'm sure the Ops sports guys would knock the college teams and players out pretty quick

Theyre showcasing horrible animations. Almost every play I saw some miserable animation between two players that made no sense. What a garbage game. I mean I’ve said they were gonna produce garbage from day 1, but I thought they’d just quit. They followed through and it still looks like shite
