So I went back and rewatched his rant and he did say:

“I’m sorry, but mutual bantering with inappropriate jokes taken out of context should have never lead to me getting banned from Twitch in the first place.”

Cool. Why is he crying about releasing the chat logs?

You obviously didn't watch the clip of everything he said today if you're still saying the person was a minor.

Chances Finch had Doc’s stream pulled up and was fapping to it the entire time?

Is that not how you’re supposed to watch his streams?

I’m 50/50 on it.

If he wasn’t sexting, then what was it?

If all of what he said was true, then it was a witch hunt from the start.

Doc pissed off his Partner Manager by asking for a new one, and that set off the chain of events.

- He was right about being “the face of Twitch” and never getting front page ads of his stream.

- He was right about how Twitch shows preferential treatment towards streamers that are aligned with the platform.

- He was right about the timing of the whole ordeal in relation to Mixer shutting down and Ninja/Shroud asking for new contracts. Doc’s contract was actually renewed just before Mixer shutting down as well.

It was weird that the Tweet where he admitted to messaging a minor was a ploy to play the media.

But I don’t see how anyone can pick a side in this case. You have a former employee making accusations while the other party comes out and lays everything out in the table minus the actual messages.

No body from Twitch that is currently employed has come out to deny or backup Doc’s claims, and I doubt they put out a press release acknowledging the situation.

It’s a bad look to compare your transgressions against other people’s, but he’s not wrong here.

did we ever get an age of girl he was messaging, many said she was 17, which in many states, is 100% legal.

hell, in hawaii and philadelphia,, consent is 14-15???

is messaging some one that young gross, 100%, but if shes 17, i dont get the bs, except for the cheating on his wife, sexing stuff.

we don't know the sex or the age of the other person.

go to 2:33 for the minor vs age of consent comment. i suggest watching the whole thing though:

This.

None of mine nor anyone else’s business.

This isn’t a political or religious figure we’re talking about. He’s an entertainer. Doing questionable shite is more than common.

This isn’t me trying to start a political debate but rather proving a point. Trump made an odd as hell and inappropriate comment about his own daughter. Somehow, stout is able to look past that.

Jesus Christ. The internet has deluded the brains of so many. Go to work and say this shite around the water cooler and see the reactions you’d get

He said why he kept on deleting, editing, and re-editing the tweet that you previously put a picture of. It was to highlight the word minor to hopefully bait journalists into focusing on it, which they did relentlessly. That was a nice, very meaty, shiny, baited hook that you bit onto as well. You obviously STILL haven't watched any clips of what doc actually said today.

Unfortunately, we are talking about legality here, and not subjective values or morals. If it's legal in a specific state for 16, 17, or 18 year olds to be able to consent, then your real problem is with the law of the state the "minor" lived in, not with doc. We have the concept of innocent until proven guilty in this country for a reason just like this, but many of yall have seemingly forgotten that.

It's well known he has committed adultery in the past, and he's not a perfect man. What I am personally against is twisted allegations being used against someone over an alleged crime in order to try and destroy their life, made by someone who does not even have first hand knowledge of what actually happened, without actual proof from the person who made the accusation. That's cancel culture and I don't frick with that.

How would you feel if a 40 year old man was texting your 17 year old daughter?

I'd feel like a failure as a father that I didn't teach her better.
