People spamming start actually helps. The stream is about 20~ seconds behind the actual inputs that are being made in chat. Start gives it a chance to "buffer"

Democracy gets painfully close so many times. It's clear the majority of people want democracy. I don't know why he set the prerequisite to 80%. That's way too high.
