man with the amount of people we play against and it being the first night. there's no way we can do tournament pro at the moment.
this year when you take off the 'assist' features (caddie, spin, shot preview, etc) it gives you an XP bonus.
I'm working my way back to Tournament Pro. I've disabled Spin and the Caddie all together. Still hanging in with the rest of the group.

Chipping is fricking stupid man.
There's no way to control it this year. in the past at least you had the swing percentages. this year it's a complete shot in the dark.
you look at how far the club can hit, 105 yards. I'm maybe 30 ft from the pin. What adjustments can I make besides where the ball is placed in my stance and where I strike the ball. Does that help at all?
Nope I'm still hitting the ball 30 ft past the hole.
It's dumb.
The only thing I've found to help is hitting the Square or Blue button and changing to shot type (Punch, Flop, Chip) and then still barely hitting the ball.
that's how I got my two hole outs so far.

The caddie feature almost makes it too easy. Playing the first amateur tournament at crooked stick and im 8 under through 12.

I need a fire my caddie option. fricker cost me an eagle. He placed me short of a put up hill. I just rushed it without reading the green cuz I fricking pay the man to make good calls. Cost me a win in the long run.

I figured it would get harder as i progressed. Im playing on the Pro difficulty. Finished the round with a 61. Won by 17 shots, lol.

Rob still sucks.
In all seriousness it's pretty badass. For an actual golfer there are great realities to it. Only thing you can't change is your grip (which would be a nice feature in the future).
JCorye. It took me one match to get the hang of it. Whipped Proof on the second one but Whodat had to eagle #9 to tie me. Bastard. I did have a 6ft birdie putt to tie. Ice water in the veins and I clutched it.

...the champ will rise to the top. i'm excited to play with Dirty on TW13'. Him and Rob bitching back and forth should be funny.
I need to look and see how to setup a Country Club Tournament. If I can I'll create us a weekly tourney.
