I just had the absolute WORST time raiding. That was miserable

Believe me I never have a problem with it. I knew the second I got into this group and this mom wouldn't stop talking that it was going to take a while. I just didn't feel like trying to find another group.
I saw you only had 5/6 and was like "hey maybe I can finish this up really quick and join them to finish my NTTE quest". 30 minutes later this mom is still talking. It was brutal
Left for about 2-3 hours, came back, and me and a PUG ran Daughters and Oryx in 1 run.

Finally beat Oryx challenge mode. 
The final run was just clean, we had no issues. We were struggling pretty bad with it, then all of a sudden it just clicked and was almost easy.

Use the exotic swords, preferably the arc sword, to clear out adds and kill him quick. Once you take down the boss, go nuts with the sword.

tried to do the normal oryx challenge yesterday and the day before. finally got a good group last night and we would of had it a few times last night, but the fricking game kept glitching. hopefully they have it fixed in 3 weeks when the oryx challenge comes back up

I completed it the first night but then it booted me during boss battle the second run through. I was helping a friend out, plus I want the helm for my Titan. I was pissed because we ran it pretty clean and I got nothing for it. I just keep getting that stupid gun. It seems everyone has the damn helm except me. Lol

hit light level 311 last night, up from 307, after running kings fall hard mode up to the sisters.
doing the golgy challenge that gave a 320 chest and a 320 artifact helped a lot

Killed oryx on hard mode for the first time while ago
Plus it was challenge mode and my light level was at 309.
Got the calcified fragment, the ship, and a 320 auto rifle that helped get my light level to 314. Up from 312 max.

I can't get anything other than ghosts above 300 except the crappy raid shotgun.
