Thick44 (Tony Schnur) of Neebs Gaming has passed away after a lengthy battle with brain cancer. He was hilarious and always seemed like a good dude. He will be missed

Oh man. I hadn't seen any updates on him lately, granted I don't listen to their pod much anymore. Awful to hear.
Interesting fact about them, most of the neebs gaming crew have a acting background, nothing really big, but Schnur was cast as the DJ in the pilot episode of Dawson's Creek. Was also a musician who did pretty much all of their music.
Feel for those guys. They are all really close.
Man, this is a real bummer. I've been following these guys since they were just Hank & Jed, doing BFF, Doraleaus and Associates, Battleloggers. "Getting thick'd" was one of the best running jokes in that channel.

They've recently released some good 7 Days compilation videos and hearing Thick in those is a good reminder at how funny/crazy he was.
Saw somebody say "he finally got Thick'd" and I laughed out loud, then felt bad, then thought Thick would probably think that's hilarious.
They're doing a stream tonight to honor him and grieve, I may have to tune in.

Was trying to find this faux documentary they did about an old animated series called Action Faction, bunch of interviews of the guys early on, but they were with Machinima and most of their early videos ended up on the Machinima channel. When they went under, a lot of that content was pretty much wiped from youtube.
They had an animated minecraft series called Mob Squad that's so good. You can find a handfull of those episodes still up but a lot of them were locked away by Machinima, same with some BFF episodes. Fortunately Doraleus and Associates is still up and available.

Sucks so much. I heard a clip from their fan event where they called him and it was apparent he was bad off.
Got introduced to them by their subnautica series and was hooked. Rest well Wyvern King.
