I haven't really touched my PS4/Xbox One since receiving my Switch. Now I do plan to go back and play Nier on the PS4 probably in a few days, but I've beaten Mario Odyssey, Resident Evil Revelations 2, and almost played through all of Fire Emblem Warriors on the Switch and still have Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 to play through.

The Switch is obviously selling very well, but my hope is third parties continue to make games for this thing. It's relative lack of power compared to PS4/Xbox One make it to where the Switch version will almost always be the most inferior port (minus the portability factor) and size/weight/battery life make it the least portable Nintendo system since the original Gameboy (virtual boy is not really a portable system).

I hope Madden one day comes to switch. NBA is fun on it.

Wwe 2k18 was a joke though, which sucks because I like wrestling games, I was upset that 2k put out such a shite game

and in typical developer fashion, will complain that their game "didn't sell well" so they will "have to look into if we should do this again" while completely ignoring that they shite on the console by creating such a shitty port.

But it's a pretty cool system.

I was suprised Capcom's expensive port of a 2010 XBL Arcade and PSN downloadable HD remaster of Street Fighter 2 sold so well on the Switch.

The Switch is absolutely amazing if you like Nintendo, which I do.

Playing xenoblade 2 on it is the most fun I've had with a console since with got Pokémon Blue and GBColor. If Nintendo puts out a giant open world Pokémon game (basically think Xenoblade scale with Pokémon skin) on the switch I'll be way to excited and the fanboy in me will have problems going to work.

Damn. I was looking at buying it and the reviews aren't terrible. What's so bad about it?

I love it. It's my first Nintendo console since N64. I got BoTW for Christmas, and I haven't been able to put it down. My poor ps4 is probably getting lonely.

It strikes me as being best for off TV play at home or something you can take with you to a hotel room or on a long car ride plugged into a charger.

I have played the switch a fair bit in portable mode. The switch with the joycons plugged into both sides makes it very large and somewhat uncomfortable to hold. It's also heavy by comparison to dedicated portable gaming devices.

I want anything Pokemon on the Switch.

But an open world type deal would be huge.

Snipper Clips is the only game we used them for at launch. Since Mario Kart 8 Deluxe came out we now have an extra pro controller so no need to ever touch such a crappy design.

They are simply much to small, terrible for player 2 and the weight is all wrong.

Edt: kids might be okay. But 14+ I think it is an issue.

Ever since Skyrim released on Nintendo Switch, I found it difficult to play anything else.

I can't aim worth crap with the analogue sticks on the switch. I had the same problem with the Wii U gamepad. I think $70 for the Pro Controller is ridiculous though.

The biggest downside is that the Joycons do not have a d-pad.

Check out some gameplay footage of it and reviews of it for the switch system on YouTube bro. Total piece of shite. It’s so slow and laggy. It’s def broken on this console. PS4 and xbone it is fantastic though

It surely is over priced. But worth it IMO.

How about the battery life on those fckkers? I might have played 180hrs of BotW on 1.5 charges. It is the best controller out of all 3 consoles IMO.

Maybe it's because I grew up with such terrible controllers back during the days of the Atari (and early PC), but I think they are fine *when both are used as one controller*. Not ideal but fine.

They are, however, really uncomfortable when used by an adult as an individual controller. My wife, who loves Mario Kart, basically complained about them the entire time until I hooked up a Wii U USB adapter and I connected a Gamecube controller. My kids, however, have no problem with them at all, somehow. I'm assuming it's the small hands and just not really knowing any better (like the dumb, kid version of myelf).

And the pro controller is ludicrously overpriced.
