Only after you break it

I can't say definitively but I use it as my main go to and that's been my observation

Oh yes this.

Really don't like that part of it. I feel it should recharge slowly if you aren't using it, not wait until it is broken.

They also should add durability meters/stats to items.

Well then you would just use it indefinitely making the weapons and inventory system useless the moment you get it

Yeah, I'd occasionally use pikes and hammers, but that's about it. Have to make the Master Sword limited.

I do remember some people were thinking this game would be between Ocarina and Twilight Princess. Was just obvious from the logo that this is intended to be the final Zelda on the timeline.... whichever timeline that may be. Any timeline is still up for debate at this point; it's just way down the timeline more so than any other.

I said it unified the timelines a year ago and you shot it down and having played the game it is one of the more likely scenarios

Well, I thought the only unified timeline was pre-Ocarina of Time, which with Calamity Ganon I knew wasn't the case.

Unified
Split
Unified

That was my speculation. I'm more convinced of it now having played it.

It's pretty evident this is the furthest into the future in the series and they hit home the repetition and legends that pretty much acknowledges like skyward sword foreshadows that this happens again and again

I will say the adult timeline is the only other timeline that fits

But this is 10,000 years after ocarina or skyward sword so this would be after wind walker in which that series they start a new hyrule that wouldn't have sheikah tech buried beneath the earth

I'd honestly say it is probably longer than that. The last battle with Calamity Ganon happened 10,000 years ago. I'm guessing Ocarina may have happened 20,000+ years before.

The Rito, Korok, and the mentioning of the Great Sea makes me think that. But Zelda does mention the Twilight, which makes it confusing. It's possible though that the Twilight Realm story happened on another timeline in addition to the Child timeline.

I wish Zelda never tried to tie all the games together into one timeline.

A couple of references to the twilight realm and a lot of defeated timeline stuff like his hairstyle the master sword location and the whole concept that this is set 100 years after this link was...defeated

All of that makes me think the timeline merges again

It's 3 and it's just something fun not something I think they should strictly adhere to

Can we talk about Zelda's diaries?

I have a question about one sentence.

She's disturbed for sure. But it makes her a great character.

## Spoilers ##

Who is she referring to in her dream? The woman she sees? All I think is Twilight Realm.

She's referring to midna who is her counterpart of sorts in the twilight realm. Similar to princess hilda in a link between worlds

I think they're showing all of the stuff that happened in the timelines exists or existed here regardless of how it played out but eventually all roads lead to this hyrule. A merging of the timelines

Kinda wanna bang fish girl Mipha. Face down, dorsal up.

Got my balls handed to me repeatedly by Lynel for a while. Great battle. First time I actually felt like I accomplished something instead of aimless wandering. Game is picking up steam, though. First 20-25 hours were painful. Glad I stuck with it.

My copy of Nioh is sad and unopened.

I thought so, just making sure.

It is really the only Twilight reference in the game so far outside of a memory.
