Made it to kariako (?) village when the kid got home, haven't done shite since.

OK so I just did an hour and a half before handing it back to the kid. Talked to Impa and got the blood Moon thing, I'm I'll equipped for this, need some better weapons.

Got off early. Activated 4 towers already. Activating the Central Hyrule Tower was a bitch and a half with all the Guardians around. Didn't want that blind spot though, and got it after about 30 minutes worth of trying.
Word of warning to those who haven't gotten off the Plateau: get stamina over hearts first. You're going to get killed in one hits anyway even with 4 hearts.

Damn, I got the heart (as did everyone else here). That was always the rule in Zelda games but I guess this is a different animal....

I got the heart as well, and couldn't get up the other towers because of it. That's my goal right now is claiming all the towers and then move onto the main game.
Also the rain is starting to piss me off to. I am right at the base of a tower, it's night, and shite loads of moblins are knocking about. Low and behold as soon as they go to bed it starts to rain. :bangshead:

Got 6 towers activated right now. Went after another but was well overmatched to activate it. Didn't even try Death Mountain since I don't know how to combat heat yet. About to head to the Kokiri Forest!

On Wii U, whenever you please + and you're on your inventory screen, press L.
But Jesus, I've probably only explored maybe 10% of the map, and I'm only trying to unlock the towers at this point as well as any Shrine I just happen to come across.

Finally got a couple of hours on BotW. Still on the Plateau, a couple of shrines down, but having way too much fun exploring.

This might be a dumb question but what's the logic in getting to the towers? Just for quicker transport later?
