I played for awhile. I liked it, but it got a little repetitive.
I wish the maps were a little bigger and the matches a little longer.

I didn't care about this game until i started watching some gameplay. The sounds effects alone make me want this game. They're so soothing. But yeah I could see how it would get repetitive

Why is that? I just played for an hour and absolutely loved it. And it was only a demo with 3 weapons, 2 maps, and 1 game mode.

Why? I hate voice hat in games. Hate it. I don't want to hear fricking foing trolls and 99% of people are trolls.

Which sucks. Voice is great if you know your party/team, but that's about it.

I liked it a lot. Controls, graphics and gameplay were super smooth. The game seemed pretty balanced as well.
They need more varied loadouts and gameplay, though, which will be in the full release and I hope lots of DLC.
The game is a ton of fun though.

If you didn't have 2 rollers in your squad you were fricked. In the Turf mode, it rendered the sniper weapon useless. Basically, you can't use the splat gun junior either. Your best option is 2 splat guns and 2 rollers in turf war.

Was my weapon of choice this morning. Ate rollers alive. And I loved the Jr. loadout's grenade and special.

Used the roller for 1 round, didn't do very well. Used the regular splattergun (not Jr.) for probably 5 or 6 rounds, and dominated. Never lost a round, and I routinely got 1st place overall. Once people get used to aiming, the rollers won't seem so overpowered. Still useful, but 4 rollers on a team won't win many matches once people get used to it.
My only reservation for this game was how well the connection held up. Every match ran flawlessly, and my internet is not good. I went from "pretty excited" to "day 1 buy" for sure.

I'ts just not the new first party IP I had in mind when I said I wished Nintendo would come with new franchises. There are enough multiplayer shooters out there, regardless of how innovative this game is.

I can understand that but you had to know Nintendo wasn't going to come out with a gory shooter like CoD or Battlefield. This is the perfect FPS game for Nintendo IMO and I think they knocked it out of the park. I went from being curious about this game to definitely buying day 1 it comes out.
But I can understand why some people won't like it.

and I haven't played a MP Shooter competitively since Halo 3, and will actually buy this game day one, I really think Nintendo is knocking it out of the park from everything I'm reading.
