Skyrim addicts question

I am about to put it in for the first time...any adivce on character creation and/or stat distrubition?
I tend to be a sneaky/theify character in these types of games FWIW.

Each race has it's advantage. Can't remember the specific name of the one I picked, but one of the perks was I found more gold than most when looting.

Khajit for sure for the increased stealth. Then I would recommend finding the thieves guild and following that quest line early on.

just kidding. great game. I think I logged 170 hours in it, and finished all but the companions quest line.
I'm a cat person, did the stealth/assassin with the bow. I could kill a dragon with 7 arrows by the end game, and wasn't using the best arrows.
