I’ve done school/work from home for like 4 months now due to COVID. So I end up with more downtime since I don’t commute, take a lunch, etc. Plus, I play 2 minute quarters, so the games go by fast.

So if you’re doing it college style, I assume you won’t resign any of your players and will treat the draft as signing period?

I played 7 seasons with saints.. took buffalo bills job (when u take new job you get ike 25 coach points. I then changed every team to ncaa teams, separated by conf. Changed colors. Went thru and cut players didnt want, drafted new ones and added in free agency, and beginning new season.

Playing since the first of February (day after kids were born), and in Season 23. It’s amazing how many changes have happened since.
Run game used to be an auto -2 yards and loss of down, and usually because you fat fingered and clicked on the RB.
There used to be no timeouts or audibles.
Defense got easier in March-ish. They used to tangle up with receivers anytime the two collided (often, and pass interference), so your throw would hit an empty spot where a WR should have easily gotten to.
Defense has gotten smarter though, a short pass to the RB used to be easy money, now a defender will actually peel off the blitz to chase him and usually cut under to get the int. It’s actually to the point that next season I’m considering going for 1 instead of 2 every time.
Great game. I’ve gotten so much play out of $3 and haven’t had to buy any CC. When you get to a good enough status, you buy/draft a QB and two WRs, go 16-0 by managing the clock.
