Red Dead Redemption 2 SPOILER thread

The ending to the main story hits you right in the nuts. Finished it. All I can say is wow. It’s going to stick with you. Especially this part:
Arthur’s last ride is, hands down, the greatest moment in video game history.
That ride and music alone made this the greatest gaming experience I’ve had in a LONG time.

For the record I was damn close to calling the ending back on the first page of the other thread in the days of old. When a 24 second leaked footage made my day
But man, this game hit me in the frickin feels. Losing Arthur to Micah in such a brutal way like that had me so enraged. I felt robbed like I'd never felt before. shite even the horse getting shot up like that and Arthur saying goodbye in that blaze of bullets choked me up some.
Did you save John or go back for the money?

Arthur > John as far as a character goes

It's in the credits. I sat thru them and watched the little scenes that led up to Ross finding John on his ranch. You dont see them take Abigail and Jack but its implied. John reverted back to his original name in epilogue chapter 2 when he got the bank loan so one would assume that's how Ross found him.

Getting western AIDS sucked. Hated that part of the story. Also Guarma was fricking gay, could have done without that whole sequence.

Pinkerton Agents Milton and Ross first meet Arthur when they interrupt Arthur teaching little Jack how to fish on the bank of a river. They threaten to kill him.
Fast forward to after Agent Ross double crosses John and kills Marston at the end of the original Red Dead Redemption.
Jack, now dressed like Arthur (also wearing Arthur’s hat), waits for his mother’s death then hunts Ross down...ultimately interrupting Ross’ fishing and gunning Ross down on the bank of a river 14 years later.
Jack finally finished that river conversation.
Awesome.

I watch the different endings with Arthur, mine was a little different with Micah, I got shot in the head by

Ending depends on if you went with John or went back for the money. Going with John results in the “better” ending.
