PS4 Remote Play Has Just Been Released - Play Anywhere!

Xbox and Microsoft can do that with a laptop and a full controller. I liked it when I had my xbox on the living room TV but it lagged just enough to notice.
Can't imagine playing games like Overwatch on the phone with that.

No that is wrong. You can use it outside your network just like years ago. You will have to configure your network for remote play.
However, its not my cup of tea to play on a phone screen.

Just tried playing a little Horizon Dawn....yeah no way that's feasible. I could barely walk in a straight line let alone quickly switch between weapons or aim. This would definitely have to be limited to no -action games. Even shooters might be a little strange
