Really, I think it was slowing down and having a better understanding of the gamemode/map.
Spawing in the right spot helps. A few times, I would spawn with a squad member and not realize he's getting his arse handed to him - instant death.

once i understood where i was at on the map, and where the assault was coming from, i was fine. Dropped a couple 18-7ish type games. I didn't try to capture or anything, still getting familiar with that.
Hit detection is the tits. Doesn't take an entire mag to kill someone. I must have killed 10 figs last night that were trying to run-knife

ETA: Spawing is key...I like how I can pick where I spawn. You just have to watch out that the person you spawn on isn't getting his face fricked.

The sniper has te ability to have a mobile spawn for the entire team

for me it wasn't really a level thing, it was more of not playing it like COD

I'm pretty average...usually around 1 to 1 K/D. I find myself wanting to get the objectives more on this game.

i won't lie, i did some work with the sniper rifles last night
sat back and found an obscure position and laid fools down. Gotta remember to figure in bullet drop though.

I worry about the figs camping in the jet spawns on the bigger maps. Luckily BF3 also has a deathmatch this time.
