This is a serious question: why do people get so worked up and have to get the newest iPhone whenever it comes out? I ask because I'm the exact opposite and I don't mind hanging on to my internet porn machine for two years plus. It just doesn't matter to me to have the newest phone especially when they come out so quick.

android people are the exact same

most people want a better/faster phone if its available

There are a lot of reasons. I couldn't shake the urge for a ps4 even though I didn't really need it.
