i can do pretty well with either hand, but if i flap with my right hand for too long, i switch it up because my hand starts to get numb....i'll go left for a while and then switch back every now and then

Food here is fresher and better, than your average american grocery store. I don't even buy chicken on base, I go to the German store when I can. They don't pump the chickens full of hormones and other bad shite.
Best bet of advice to stick to the outside isles of the store.
