Hey guys i just played my first game of ps3 online after moving in my house. There is no phone jack next to my tv. And the first ncaa 13 game online seemed a bit laggy. It could of been my opponents but idk. I have 12meg internet through uverse. Would it be faster to connect wireless or get a 50ft ethernet cord and run that when online? Thanks

Wired Connection>>>>>>>>>>Wireless.

Especially on the PS3.

Run a connection test under network settings, what does it say your Download Speed is?

7.1 is good my man.

I have 12Mbps cable wired in less than 3 feet from my router and pull 8-9Mbps.

I just hate WiFi because the PS3 likes to DC on it quite often.
