The big one is Diablo 3, a game that people have been anticipating forever but could never get an answer on when it would be released, ala Duke Nukem. That's going to be the big event there.
ETA: Most of the nerd talk in that is about Starcraft 2, a RTS that looks kind of cool but way too complicated to ever try out.
