I was the machine gunner in a tank, and a chopper was coming in on a sweeping run over one of the capture points in conquest, and I pretty much directed him straight to the ground. Very satisfying.

it gets harder when playing a team that actually tries to win and coordinates together. I played a came of conquest the other day and the whole time i was dogfighting another jet, an attack heli kept trying to lock on.

The new spawns on TDM are making a huge difference. I used to have a 3 K/D before they fixed it, now I'm hovering around 1 in TDM matches. But, I guess they made it more fair. Now after I spawn I feel like I have no sense of where the action is. Everything is spread out as opposed to being in one corner of the map like before.

Its not the jets that shoot the choppers down... its the stingers and the other choppers. I had dudes locking on to my chopper before I took off from the aircraft carrier.

i got in a jet on the carrier last night that had 30% life left

also, i found that stingers were useless, i must have shot 15 in one game last night and didnt hit one fricking thing

Never had a problem not hitting things with stingers. Now, the lock just dropping, that's happened.
Only reason my stingers have missed are flares and the pilot crashing.

Every aircraft has flares, so stingers are useless. I rather rockets that I can shoot close range.

If Stanford can win their conference undefeated, they will pass Alabama. Having that extra game is huge in the BCS, and Bama will miss out. I don't think there will be a rematch.
