At least I didn't get plastered last night and have to deal with a hangover this morning...

Tough loss.

We got shutout in the National Championship game, first time since 1936... Let that sink if for a second.

As much as I want to place all the blame on Jefferson, that gameplan was putrid... what was even worse was Les' excuse for not playing Lee. "It was fair to JJ to let him finish"

what.the.frick.

After halfway through the 3rd quarter is when I stopped being frustrated and found the offensive gameplan to be comical.

Sad thing is, what's lost in this whole mess, is that our defense played a helluva game, specifically the D-line.

Mingo, Brockers and Logan balled out.

ETA---if you would have told me our defense would only give up 12 points heading into the 4th and shut T-rich down, I'd have been jumping for joy.

The D played to win. With 6 minutes to go, it was still a two-possession game. Hats off to the D.

The offensive prep and gameplan was beyond terrible. Our O-line was destroyed. Bama shut down what worked 11/5, and we had no Plan B.

There just has to be a story behind why he bailed on JL so completely, especially during these last two games.

JJ's stat line for them: 16-30, 83 yards, 1 td, 1 int.

I find it hard to believe that Les is just THAT stubborn.

Especially considering they were on the field for what seemed like the entire football game. We'll be back, without this

I posted this elsewhere, but I knew it was over when Les didn't replace Jefferson after the INT. He just refused to adjust..

Dance Nana Dance.

We are set at QB for the next 6 years, something like I've never seen in my lifetime.

You talking 2 QBs (Mett and Kiel)with the talent of Jamarcus Russell and the head on their shoulders like Mauck/Flynn.

I'm just really sad for the players that they were so hamstrung by their head coach last night.
