this is true, you will lose the foregrip with the underslung rail, but i do not think it has to be on the underslung rail to count towards the assignment.
in other words, you can keep the foregrip and use the separate M320 launcher and it stills counts those kills toward the assignment. All the underslung rail allows is for a faster switch between main weapon and M320 rounds
