Oh, Papps might want to know that Back to Karkand and Close Quarters are the DLC's that have added weapons, 10 each.
You can use them on all maps once they are unlocked. So, that's 20 extra weapons that I use often, except for the sniper rifles. The SPAS is worth it IMO.

When i first bought bf3 i got the premium edition or whatever it was called
is that info saved on my ps3? or was it only with that disc?

That was just the Limited Edition. You only get Back to Karkand with that, so that's good. Did you download those maps? That stuff should be saved on your PS3 and you may just need to redownload that.
The rest of Premium you'll have to buy, and that's $50. Just note that Premium gets you all DLC, including B2K.

You don't have to get that stuff if you don't want to. Whenever we play, I'm cool with just playing the stuff you have. But if you're like me, I hate not having extra guns and maps. It's not a big deal for me to just play classics.

There are 6 weapons he can unlock in the co-op part of the game, too. I don't really remember which ones. I use the SG553 sometimes, that's one of them.

The good news is that for the Engineer, Support and Assault classes, at least on the US side, the default guns are the best ones. M16A3 for Assault, M4A1 for Engineer and M27 IAR (<3) for Support.

I forgot how much I love flying the chopper and having someone in a tank to spot choppers in the air. I may have to start playing more again. I'll delete BLOPS2 from my game data so I can redownload all the maps.

Did they tweak how far you can throw c4? I couldn't hit shite and died quite a bit
