After looking over my roster I have come to the conclusion that I will be turrible for the next season or two. Next team we can I may jump ship and go somewhere like Wazzou or something like that.

I built UNM into a good program. I'm thinking about going elsewhere myself. We're in what, year 6? We go in 4-year periods, so we've both got three more seasons.

Remember, you have to get your school to at least a 5*. You can manage that in 3 seasons, 91. Vanderbilt is looking pretty good to me.

All I got was 12 signees. I didn't even have to cut anyone for the first two seasons. This was a ton of work on my end. I'm just now starting to get quality recruits.

Vandy would be a nice gig. North Carolina is my dream job, but they don't suck

That may take a turn within the next three seasons. You never know in this game. You can drop prestige in the blink of an eye I've found.
