Well we know what kind of memory it has which is great since games haven't been designed to rely on memory much.

Yeah that was the biggest thing, 8GB of DDR5 RAM.
Rumors were 4GB of DDR5 or 8GB of DDR3.

Your post was alongside others wanting to see it physically. That's why I was puzzled.
Only thing they did not announce that they should have was price. I know components will continue to be optimized and the cost will go down over time, but it'd be nice to know.

The opposite actually. I want it to do well and the Xbox too. I own both now.
The better the consoles do then the better all of gaming does. I just want consoles to stop holding back game development with shitty hardware. That's why I wanted specs.
I love open world games but it's bad when a great game like Minecraft is limited due to hardware.

Dedicated gaming console specs =/= PC specs.
You simply can't compare a gaming console and a PC with commensurate specs and expect them to be equivalent with respect to actually running games.
If a PC had the specs of the Xbox 360, it wouldn't even be able to run Skyrim.
