Got the new card in and the drivers installed. Interesting thing is after I installed atiman it said I had malware but maybe it just thought atiman was malware. either way it worked and then I uninstalled it. I had to go after so i shut down and I will run a thorough scan later to make sure.

I also learned today that size matters

This probably leads in to a joke referring to your wife but I'll refrain.

Alright, I have Windows 7 Ultimate installed as my OS but I am missing all the drivers. Will I be able to get the drivers that I need (Network, etc.) without any type of proof of purchase?

You should have drivers on the disk that came with the motherboard. Then you can go online any update drivers and windows.

Yep. Just type in xxxxx (your PC part) drivers into Google and it should be one of the first links. You may have to download them from another computer with a USB drive if you don't have internet on the PC

ILikeLSUToo has officially built my first PC!

Here is my Lousy attempt at cleaning up the cabling. The bay area under the hard drive was pretty shallow, and the cables from the Power Supply felt like dreadlocks so it wasn't exactly easy to hide them well... Roast away

From what I just read after I googled, blacks seem to be significantly faster. Big shocker.

Everyone's answer was that the Black is faster, but this was the "best" answer in the Tom's Hardware thread(take with a grain of salt).

I have a 320gb blue in my wifes computer, and a 640gb black in my pc. Honestly, go for the cheaper of the two (unless the warranty is really important to you) There is a bit of a speed difference, but you will more than likely not notice it. On occasion my wifes blue can actually out perform my black drive. Not sure how thats possible...but hey, can't argue with Crystal Disk Mark/HD Tune. I am fairly confident you would not notice the difference in a daily use machine anyway. I have read that the black is more reliable though, which IS most important to me. If you are really concerned with speed, buy a small OS ssd and a smaller blue drive for daily storage if your budget allows. Having a Corsair Force 3 I can say with certainty the cost for going ssd is worth it.

People be wrong about dem blacks.

For realz, they only be da fastest back when demz Blues n Barracudas be havin lower platter densities, but now wit dem Sixty-Fo megabytes cache on all dem drives and 1TB/platter, deyz be about da same cuz dem blacks still be havin 500GB/platter. Black be havin better build quality doh and gots dat 5-yr warranty.

But I think I read somewhere that the WD Blacks might be getting a refresh this year.
