I hear the blacks are faster but I don't know why if the rpm speed is the same.

Besides some server features, REDs and BLACKs are the same except in RPMs correct?
5600 vs 7200?
EDT: Buy 2x2TB REDs so you have BU Klark Kent. Save the cash you would spend on worthless, pointless BLACKs.

We all kno dem blacks be louder too
But seriously, I do own two Blacks (lol), and in terms of performance they are absolutely no better than a WD Blue or a Seagate Barracuda with 64mb cache, 7200rpm, and 1TB platter density.
bench I did of my 1TB Black a while back:
Got a 3TB Seagate Barracuda a few months ago:
Free space makes a difference in performance, but in the grand scheme of things it's pretty negligible. Especially when you compare it to even an old-gen SSD:

You're not old enough for that

so after the guy asks for an extra week to pay me for the 7870, he pays. Then since i couldn't get it out for delivery that day, I have to wait 1 more business day, still within the 2 business day handling my item page said. The guy sends me a message this morning asking why it hasn't shipped yet. People are ridiculous on ebay sometimes.

Tell him that if he would wasn't poor, he would have got it last week.

I need some stream quality help:
I am using my new PC (much faster than my laptop, etc.) However the quality of my stream isn't as good for some reason. I'm using 1920 x 1080 resolution with no downscale. however it looks like my stream is being broadcast at 360p or something.

can someone help me out please

What are you streaming, what bitrate are you using, and what fps are you trying to stream at?
